By Request, Sveva Presents the Texturing for Beginners Tutorial!

Have you wanted to get started making your own textures for 3D clothing/models but had no idea where to begin? This Tutorial will get you headed in the right direction – now is the time to LEARN!

With this tutorial I walk you through template (and even creating your own) to creating your very own MAT Poses within Poser, this tutorial focuses on the beginner, we will create a basic fabric texture for a top (I use Sugar Jamaz by Rhiannon in the tutorial.)

I will touch on the Material Room – in plain English I will go over which nodes I use on a regular basis, how to hook them up, and I will give you examples with screen shots. I go over creating your bump maps, cutting up your templates, how to save your textures, and more!

Here is what you get:

50 Page Full Color Tutorial Files in both DOC/PDF

01 PSD Layer File complete with layers to show you exactly how I set up my template (template layer included)

04 Seamless Tiles

01 Bump Map Fabric

01 Mock up, sample runtime set up

**You will need to purchase MATWriter Panel – it is well worth it for MAT Poses

The included files are yours to keep, though the PSD file is just for an example, you may use the fabrics in both commercial/personal projects.

You will learn basic texturing, creating MAT Poses, and setting up your templates/files/runtimes for creating clothing add ons. This tutorial is meant to be a starting point that includes all the basics you need to begin texturing!

The DESIGN is up to YOU! Bring your ideas to LIFE, get some great tips from a professional! Within these 50 easy to read pages that are illustrated with screen shots you will get all you need to be on your way!

This tutorial was written using Photoshop CS5 & Poser Pro 2012 for demonstration and screen shots, but may work in other versions of these programs, it may also be adapted to Paint Shop Pro.
